For projects with hard to reach seams and joints we have our Welding Manipulators. We offer three types: Fixed Type, Fixed with Rotation, and Traveling with Rotation. On every model the torch is fitted to the arm which then raises, lowers, and moves along the main shaft to facilitate welding those hard to reach joints on larger projects such as tanks. With the Fixed with Rotation type, the shaft itself can rotate to further expedite the process. For increased accessibility, the Traveling with Rotation manipulator can be placed on tracks to move from point to point, increasing efficiency and speed in welding.

Operators control the unit via an automatic control unit on the column. TV monitors, cooling systems, automatic arc tracking, seam tracking systems, or flux recovery systems can be added on to customize the functionality of your unit.
