Motorized Slip Roller Machines
Introducing the JMT MRB-E Motorized Initial Pinch Slip roller line of machines. Our powered initial pinch asymmetrical slip rolls are an economical solution for rolling sheet metal and smaller jobs. JMT slip rollers are built with more production oriented features that start with a highly rigid cast iron frame construction that ensures precision roll bending for many decades of bending and rolling. This line of slip rolls is powered via a main motor which drives both the top and bottom rolls. Motor sizes range from 1 horse power to two horse power with width capacities ranging from 3 foot 4 inches to 6 foot 7 inches. Thickness capacities are fairly generous in this size of rolling machine ranging from .048 to .125 in medium carbon steel. Conical bending is attainable and easily accomplished via quick releasing top roll.

As with all our MRB series initial pinch slip rollers each roll is made of A.S.T.M. 1050 hardened and ground steel, providing years of service. The top and bottom rolls are both power driven via reliable gear box. In an effort to assist in the easy change over to different sheet thicknesses both the back and bottom rolls are adjustable.
