Profile Bending Machines
Robust machine frame is constructed of rugged steel, machined after welding for rigidity.
All welds are stress relieved prior to machining.
Precision bearings and large shaft diameters minimize deflection for precise bending.
Machines are ensured a long life due to their strong frame and world-class hydraulic and electrical components.
Short cycle times are achieved by high torque drive system and machine speed.
Straight edge is minimized by close roll stance, powerful guide rolls and hydraulic adjustments.
Flat spots are minimized due to closer roll stance.
Low energy and maintenance costs by friction-free planetary swing guides.

Standard Equipment

• 1 set of standard universal hardened and ground rolls (special
steel)
• Drive systems:
▪▪ PBH 60: All three rolls (shafts) are driven through precision gear
box
▪▪ PBH 80/100/125: All three rolls (shafts) are hydraulic motor
driven through planetary gear box
• Three-axis hardened side supports (lateral guide rolls):
▪▪ PBH 60/80: Mechanical forward-backward (Thrust ↔), up-down
(Translation ↕) and right-left (Radial ) movement
▪▪ PBH 100: Hydraulic forward-backward movement (Thrust ↔)
and mechanical up-down (Translation ↕) and right-left (Radial )
movement
▪▪ PBH 125: Hydraulic control of lateral guide rolls in three axes
(Thrust ↔ / Translation ↕ / Radial )
• Side supports will accommodate leg-in/leg-out angle iron bending
• Portable control panel with programmable DROs
• Vertical or horizontal operation
• Body constructed of stress-relieved steel
• Bottom roll shafts hydraulically adjusted
• World standard electrical/hydraulic components (parts stocked by
JMT or available off-the-shelf from your local supplier)
