JMT Angle Rolls
Profile Bending Machines
Robust machine frame is constructed of rugged steel, machined after welding for rigidity.
All welds are stress relieved prior to machining.
Precision bearings and large shaft diameters minimize deflection for precise bending.
Machines are ensured a long life due to their strong frame and world-class hydraulic and electrical components.
Short cycle times are achieved by high torque drive system and machine speed.
Straight edge is minimized by close roll stance, powerful guide rolls and hydraulic adjustments.
Flat spots are minimized due to closer roll stance.
Low energy and maintenance costs by friction-free planetary swing guides.
Standard Equipment
• 1 set of standard universal hardened and ground rolls (special
steel)
• All rolls have separate planetary gear boxes and are hydraulic
motor driven with automatic peripheral speed adjustment
• Hydraulic control of lateral guide rolls in three axes (six axes total):

• Portable control panel with programmable DROs
• Horizontal operation
• Body constructed of stress-relieved steel
• Hydraulic/electrical overload protection
• Bottom roll shafts hydraulically adjusted

JMT or are available off-the-shelf from your local supplier)
Optional Equipment
• Special rolls for pipe and profiles
• Rolls and tooling for hardway beam/channel bending
• Digital readout for side supports
• NC control system – with or without axis
