Currently we offer these highly sophisticated eco-friendly press brakes in 4 popular sizes and tonnages: The AD-Servo 25100 8 foot 4 inches bending length, and 110 tons; The AD-Servo 30100 10 foot bending length and 110 tons; The AD-Servo 30135 10 foot bending length and 150 tons; And finally the AD-Servo 30175 10 foot bending length and 192 tons. Silent bending with noise level reduced to 63 dbA from 76 dbA. Energy savings of up to 66% at stand-by; 44% during the press cycle and 60% in 1 hour with 15 press cycles. These servo drive machines come with 5 axis cnc controllers, Y1-Y2, X & R and motorized wave crowning. The heart of these servo brakes is the Delem DA-66T Controller. Highlights include but are not limited to: touch screen, direct navigation, 2D programming, 3D programming, auto bend sequence and collision detection. This control is designed with highly effective algorithms that optimize the machine cycle and minimize machine setup. The DA-66T also comes with an RS-232 port, 2 USB 2.0 ports, and is “teach in” on all axes.

The AD-Servo line of press brakes whole concept is to minimize power consumption. Since these press brakes are completely servo driven the power consumption of these advanced press brakes is something on the order of less than 40% power consumption of a conventional press brake of equal size. Due to the "on time hydraulics" concept these brakes utilize in that the hydraulics turn on and off and run only while needed, many benefits arise from this operational method. Less hydraulic oil is required for these brakes minimizing maintenance costs, the oil stays at a much cooler temperature throughout the use cycle, extending the oil’s life and helping to maintain piece part integrity and angular accuracy. Because of the servo drives, the movement of the brakes is considerably faster in all directions when compared to conventional brakes, the result of that is increased productivity while maintaining + - .0004 accuracy and repeat-ability in all directions. Of course as with all JMT press brakes the AD-Servo offers the "trio advantage" of large ram height, deep throat and large stroke. Other standard features include American/European box punch clamps, 25.6 inch X axis travel with third gauge step capable of gauging 39 inch parts. AC Servo driven back gauge on linear guide, 2 front sliding support arms, safety interlocks on all doors and a rear work light.
