Day Two of JMT's Visit to FABTECH 2015

Back in Black

The JMT team traded in their pristine white shirts from Day 1 of the show to sport the classic black look that we are often known for going into Day 2 of FABTECH 2015. The team assembled well in advance of the opening of the convention center doors to prepare for what would become an onrush of visitors.

No Rest for the Weary

“Things are good,” JMT President Jared Peterson reported from the booth on Day 2. “Busier than yesterday.”

When asked about their impression of how things are going at the show today, both co-owner Lance Jorgenson and JMT Marketing Manager Annette Plummer replied with a single word: “Busy.”

“Day 2 is extremely busy,” Dustin Jorgenson, JMT CEO said. He added, “Starting at 10:00 A.M. we couldn’t keep up with the amount of people coming through.”

Dealers to the Rescue

Fortunately, the JMT booth is staffed today not only by our own crew, but also by sales personnel from some of our JMT dealers. We are fortunate that they are on hand to lend a hand.

“Our dealers helped with training on press brake part drawings this morning,” Dustin Jorgenson said. “Dealers are a big help in our booth. The finance team is busy helping out as well.”

Order Up

People come to the booth to not only ‘kick the tires,’ but to make real plans for future purchases, as well as to place orders on the spot.

“Customers are showing a lot of interest,” Jared Peterson said. “We are getting good, solid leads,” observed Lance Jorgenson.

Customers today have especially shown interest in JMT’s fiber laser line and our plate rolls.

“Orders are coming in,” Dustin reported from the booth at midday. “We have a few machines sold!” Jared added enthusiastically.

Another Successful Show

“A spectacular show,” exclaimed Lance Jorgenson about the whole experience thus far. While not quite to the halfway point of the show, the JMT team is making its presence felt there. Jared Peterson declared, “Today is the day that customers will choose JMT.”
